| This page details the construction
of my highest quality speakers to date, the Emerald Towers. I guarantee they are unlike
anything you will find in the stores! These mark the start of my trend towards building
uniquely shaped and styled loudspeakers.

| My latest creation stands as the most massive
single loudspeaker I've ever built. Weighing in at around 130 pounds, this 15" subwoofer is
certain to rattle your walls and produce output levels in excess of the THX specification all the
way down to 11 Hz. If you have a CD or DVD which you suspect contains low frequencies that your
puny speakers simply cannot reproduce, bring it over!

| I had a few goals in mind for these controversial looking speakers. Primarily,
they had to be made strictly out of materials I had laying around my apartment. Secondarily, they had to be
easy and quick to build. Finally, they had to fit on my desk at work. A co-worker of mine dubbed them the
Power Pots, a rather catchy and appropriate designation, I think! Updated January 17th, 2004!

| I've been wanting a nice big table for my computer for many many years. I also wanted some
decent speakers for the computer that took up little to no space on my desk. So, I made the ultimate combination,
speakers built into the desk!
